Review Summary

Gemini AI Powered by Gemini AI

The staff are responsible and diligent in their duties, demonstrating accountability despite external challenges.

Cleanliness of the rooms and surroundings is not optimal, primarily due to some irresponsible customers failing to adhere to the established cleanliness policy, rather than staff negligence.
